Contains 26 Herbs
The recipe for this formula was sent to me in hand written Chinese characters on an old piece of paper by good friend and Kung Fu brother , Peter Yen when I was training with him in the early 80's . The formula was handed down to him by his teacher a direct deciple of Ku Yu Cheong system, I am both grateful to have received it and to have trained with him in Shaolin we had remaned friends right up until his passing in 1992.
Master Ku Yu Cheung is perhaps the most famous Iron Palm Master of all time and certainly responsible for the spread of this technique. Master Cheong could selectively break any brick in a stack of bricks without damaging the others. Shifu Peter Yen was one of his deciples.
We have prepared this formula using only Chinese rice wine and following the specific instructions to conseal the container during the initial duration of its aging. This is the iron palm formula of the famous Ku Yu Cheong, Northern Shaolin Master and the gratest Iron Palm Master. This formula includes some animal parts.
